Frank Xia

Frank Xia has served as Executive Director (ED) of the Investment Banking Division at GF Securities and as Executive Director (ED) of the Investment Banking Management Committee at CITIC Securities, accumulating over a decade of experience in the investment banking (IBD) sector.

He is a senior sponsor representative in China's investment banking industry and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Throughout his career, he has successfully provided initial public offering (IPO) underwriting, follow-on offering, corporate bond issuance, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to numerous companies.
